DESIGN GUIDES

Company Overview
Oxford Engineered Materials Corp., Polymer Products Division, takes a new approach.  We have developed new products, and have "discovered" new processes to make our clients more competitive. We are always perfectly equipped for the job!

How?
We are an Alliance of Manufacturers.  We maintain database records on machines owned, including type and size, secondary capabilities, such as sonic welding, decorating, or vacuum metallizing. Our company will work with you on design and material selection, and will  quote promptly.  We read all CAD formats including Pro-E (tm). If you want to know whether your hollow part should be blow molded, rotocast, or twin-sheet formed, we will quote three ways. If you need glass-filled extrusions to replace aluminum, let us know. Extruded wood? Not a problem.

Have you heard of a fabulous new process but do not know who can do it?  Our database probably does!  We review every likely process for the best way to produce your parts.  Do you have a proprietary process of your own?  Tell us about it.  Let us make your process available to our clients!

Mission Statement
"Our mission is to keep our customers competitive in world markets, using  technology to optimize the process, material selection, and tooling systems."
